TerMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Participant must have lead-generating campaigns launched within 90 days of their start date with the Dream Agency Quest program.
  2. Participant must attend Dave Valentine’s sales training and follow through on strategic takeaways, including the creation of an outrageous offer for their company.
  3. Participant’s company must average 30 sales calls per month after 6 months in the Dream Agency Quest program. This may be waved ONLY with written permission from Dave Valentine staff. 
  4. Participant must achieve a 10%-20% close rate (varied by client) after 6 months in the Dream Agency Quest program. This may be waved ONLY with written permission from Dave Valentine staff. 
  5. Participant’s company must have a minimum yearly revenue of $300K and also make no more than 2 million a year to be accepted into the Dream Agency Quest program. This may be waved ONLY with written permission from Dave Valentine staff. 
  6. Participant must provide signed documents from their CPA in order to qualify for the money-back guarantee at the conclusion of the 3-year program.
  7. Participant must choose between paying the full admission fee quoted by the salesperson upfront, or paying $3K/month for 3 years.
    1. If a participant paying $3K/month chooses to cancel, they must provide a 30-day notice and pay $3K/month for all the remaining months of the program year in which they cancel.
    2. If a participant pays $60K upfront and chooses to cancel, NO REFUND will be given as the participant already received a discounted price for a program valued at $108K.
  8. Participant must fill out Dream Agency Quest’s end-of-phase progress reports in their entirety.
    1. These reports will require progress updates on measurables including, but not limited to:
      1. Monthly recurring revenue
      2. Meetings booked
      3. Emails sent
      4. Number of active campaigns
      5. Number of employees
      6. Number of closed deals
  9. Participant must maintain continuity in services provided throughout the duration of their enrollment in the program.
  10. Participant must attend (or view recordings of) 85% of all bi-weekly calls.
  11. Participant must complete the courses in its entirety.
  12. Participant must complete all e-course quizzes and tests.
  13. Participant must not be liable for any legal suits (copyright infringement, wrongful terminations, etc.) that lead to a lessoned valuation due to negligence or wrongdoing. 
  14. Participant will not qualify for the guarantee if they file for bankruptcy during their enrollment in the program.
    15. Lastly, the Dream Agency Quest cannot predict ‘Acts of God’ which include historic economic meltdowns similar to scope of the Great Depression.
